Approach

End-to-end design and development leadership of the webapp for INS Escola d'Hoteleria i Turisme de Barcelona, plus animated creatives for advertising campaigns. The project spanned UX research and information architecture through full-stack development of the educational platform: academic CMS, student portal, events calendar and internal communication tools. In parallel, motion graphics pieces for social ads and student recruitment campaigns. A comprehensive solution that modernized the institution's digital presence.
