Design and development leadership of the new digital presence for Grupo PRATS, a Spanish multinational leading ophthalmic lens manufacturing since 1924. Creation of multilingual information architecture, corporate CMS development, B2B communication tools and online ordering process optimization. A strategic project that unified digital communication for a company present in 22 countries, improving the experience for optical professionals and end users alike.
