Approach

A SaaS I built end to end: it processes video, image, audio, PDF and DOCX entirely in the user's browser —file bytes never leave the device— while the server only handles identity, billing and aggregate metering. AI is orchestrated locally through a hardware-aware engine ladder: WebLLM over WebGPU on desktop and iOS, wllama as fallback and Transformers.js (ONNX) on Android, with device-memory-aware model selection. It ships a visual workflow builder, local OCR, PDF editing and encryption, metadata cleanup, HEIC support and a hardware diagnostics page. Around the product, all the plumbing of a real SaaS: auth, Stripe with three tiers, waitlist, transactional email via Resend, rate limiting and a bilingual ES/EN landing.
