Full leadership of design and development for VIMAX's digital ecosystem, the most advanced progressive lens brand of Grupo Prats. Creation of the corporate web platform, an internal management application and an online appointment system for partner opticians. Management of a multidisciplinary team, information architecture definition and development of interfaces optimized for the optical sector. An end-to-end project spanning research and prototyping through technical implementation and end-user training.
